We use the ESD114U102ELE6327XTMA1 ultra-low capacitance TVS diode on numerous of our PCB’s. The item status for this diode is “not for modern design”. Is Infineon developing a drop-in replacement? If not, can you suggest a substitute? Thank you!

The Texas Instruments TPD1E05U06DPYR has the same footprint and similar specifications to the ESD114U102ELE6327XTMA1 ultra-low capacitance TVS diode. You will be testing to confirm it is a reasonable replacement.
