MainOsc operation in Deepstop mode differ according to OPJTAG configuration.

I am using RH850D1L2H, and facing following problem with the operation of Main Oscillator during DEEPSTOP mode. Before entering to DEEPSTOP mode, I have set the MOSCSTPM.MOSCSTPMSK = 0. If the OPBT0 – OPJTAG[1:0] = 01 (LPD 4-pin mode), the MainOsc stops operation in DEEPSTOP. If the OPBT0 – OPJTAG[1:0] = 10 (LPD 1-pin mode), the MainOsc remains operating in DEEPSTOP. I would like to know how come the MainOsc still operating and how the LPD setting act as a factor?

Remarks: System is in normal mode, no E1 debugger is connected after flashing the software.
