Hello!

I’ve two components (in the SMB package probably).

The markings are

1) ME G3 202 (no polarity stripe on the package)
2) EE G3 223 (with polarity stripe)

Can you assist me decode what these elements may be what may be the difference between ME and EE and the reality that one has a polarity stripe and the different does not?

    The unidirectional TVS has a unique polarity, which is why its cathode is labeled with a dash/bar. The bi-directional one is electrically symmetrical and can be installed with any polarity.
