Hello.
I’ve been using the diodes as an RF sensor for 2.4 GHz signals. After many tests, the diodes keep breaking down and I had to change the diodes. Reverse Voltage (Vr) is below the maximum ratings for both of them. The circuit used for this is in the document” RF and microwave power discovery with
Schottky diodes” as attached.
Can you please help me understand why this is passing and any suggestions on how I can stop this from passing?
Thank you

Hello, Have you checked that the bypass capacitor is chosen to be 1nF? So that it has low ohmic capacitive reactance up to 6 GHz. RL between 10kohm and 1Mohm Best regards, Vikas
Hello,
Have you checked that the bypass capacitor is chosen to be 1nF?
So that it has low ohmic capacitive reactance up to 6 GHz.
