Hello Volt.Tech experts,
Can STSPIN32F0 or STSTPIN32F4 to drive the SiC/ GaN mosfet by the specification of Rdson = 73mOhm, 650V and 26A?
Thank You

Hello @Vikas, The GaN FETs need specific gate drivers (e.g. STDRIVEG600). The STSPIN32G4 is suitable to manage motor supply voltage from 5.5 V to 75V. Hello vikas Nagpal,
The GaN FETs need specific gate drivers (e.g. STDRIVEG600).
The STSPIN32G4 is suitable to manage motor supply voltage from 5.5 V to 75V.
In the STSPIN32F0 family the part number STSPIN32F060x could be used.
The driver has 20 V of maximum operating voltage and it isn’t suitable to drive negative voltage.
However, you can apply them, If these characteristics are compatible with your SiCs.
Thank You
