I Tried the RA4M2- EVK driver code to make that work for R7FA4M2AD3CFL. But no luck.
Kindly post the link where I can find the USB CDC illustration code for the R7FA4M2AD3CFL custom board to check USB functionality.

The MCU installed in the EK- RA4M2 is the same as yours but have 100 pins rather of 48 pins. So I suppose the code illustration of the EK- RA4M2 should also work on your custom board without changes.
