Is the ambient temperature in the user manual the same as the chip temperature? EPadc_ek_ra2l1_ep, only read ADC value, not chip temperature. I wonder how the chip temperature should be calculated.

The user manual seems to be inaccurate when applying the word” ambient”. Die (chip) temperature can be calculated, as it’s proportional to the measured voltage from the ADC in the example. I attach a design that converts the voltage output of the ADC to the die temperature.
