I feel to have entered a’ faulty’ esp32 box with an issue detecting the wake word, I am sure it’s a simple HW issue and I’m further than happy to try repairing this rather of just returning it, I had to stay 5 weeks to admit it.
I’ve updated it to the latest FW

Hello, However, you can try to disassemble it, If you're willing to try to fix it yourself. The microphones are on a separate board that's connected to the main board with a 6- pin FPC cable; it would probably be a good idea to check if that's still inserted and snug. Thanks
