RH850G3H Core has RH850/F1L (elder series) with max. 96MHz in 5 Stage pipeline, no FPU, MPU (4 areas)while RH850G3KH core has RH850/F1K (newer series) with max. 240MHz in 5 Stage pipeline, FPU, MPU (16 areas).
