I am using EK-RA2E1 board and I want to drive a DC Motor with L293N Motor Driver with PWM. Is there any source that can help with this problem?

As the DC motor is the simple one, it doesn't require any tricks to control. You just configure two PWM channels (or a single channel but with switchable outputs).
