hi currently we are using a single battery cell with a voltage of 3.7 volts and a capacity of 2600mAh to create BMS IC using SINCERETEK, however, if I can, could you tell me how to use two battery cells in series or parallel?

Yes, you can use two batteries, but the charging current will be half, therefore it will take longer to charge. If charging time is not a concern for you, you can use the same number of batteries.
